Fee.

The bill for Eva's birth came from the hospital today.  

Fourteen thousand dollars.  

Yikes.  I'm really glad we had health insurance that covered most of it, but we still owe just under three thousand dollars.  Which again - Yikes.  I don't think I have ever spent that much money at one time in one place before!

On the one hand that seems expensive for such a teeny tiny little thing, but on the other hand it seems like a total bargain for my beautiful daughter.
