For the past few days I've been coming home, writing a blog post on the iPad, hitting publish and watching as absolutely nothing happens. It doesn't save the post, it doesn't publish the post and the rest is silence (or blank screen to be more accurate). Inevitably I forget that until the next time I sit down to write a blog post and... Nothing happens... I think it must be something to do with the iPad's Typepad app since I can publish from other computers, but I don't know what that problem might be or how to fix it.
Not to worry, you haven't missed anything earth shattering - Last night's lost blog post was all about FINALLY finding a book of knitting instructions that could coherently explain Kitchener Stitch (why is this so difficult? Mostly the other instructions I found never mentioned when I was supposed to drop the damn stitch I was working on and move onto the next. ugh.) and I know how desperate you must be to read all about that!
Still, it's annoying. After sitting at my desk all day, I don't want to go into the study to turn on the desktop and sit in there - I want to be blogging whilst I recline on the sofa with at least one cat settled on me and a police procedural on the television. That is how you are supposed to blog. It is the industry standard, damn it!
