The post I wrote yesterday about quickly skipping through a book you don't really care about seems oddly familiar. I mean I know I wrote it so it shouldn't feel completely alien to me, but it feels like maybe I've written it before maybe, or perhaps that someone else wrote something similar that I read ages ago.
Of course if I've written this before that isn't a huge problem, because it's the nature of blogging, and writing in general, to re-visit ideas; but if it did come from somewhere else then I want to be able to properly attribute it with links or something. I'm usually pretty good at remembering were I've read something, because usually I can place the authorial tone of whatever snippet I remember; but I have no idea where this might have come from if I did read it somewhere else first.
Where would I have read about a sort of messy speed reading though? It's most perplexing.
