I've put myself to bed early because I feel unwell again. One of my colleagues told me a while back that for the first year he and his wife were in town they caught every bug going because their immune system hadn't previously encountered the hardy strain of germs that live up in the mountains.
I like that theory, but I've been here for 16 months now: Come on Immune System, get with the program!
Anyway, I can't think of anything funny to say, and I didn't take any photos today; so here is a picture of Edith lying on her back and waving her paws in the air, as if she just doesn't care. Don't be fooled, this is her ploy to get people to rub her tummy so she can rabbit kick them. That's hilarious to Edith.
Apart from the belly thing, she's quite a relaxed cat, and just look how glossy her fur is, her paws look like silver!
Also, yes, we actually did deliberately chose the blanket that would clash most horribly with the sofa. We honestly stood in Kmart looking at the fleece blankets in the Martha Stewart Everyday collection and discussed which would be the loudest clash. The cats adore that blanket.
