I'll be the first to admit that the second phase of Kinetic has not gone quite as smoothly as the first, but it has gone considerably faster! Wow! Twelve weeks has just flown by this time.

That was a pretty good week, I've been very careful with my ankle and it doesn't hurt anymore which is great! As well as using supportive inserts, I've also been using a baseball to massage the soles of my feet, I've been stretching out the tendon and putting an ice pack on it after exercise. So essentially anything I could think of that might possibly help and I think that's paying off.
As for the measurements:
- Bust - 37.75 Inches (Down by 0.25 Inches from last measurement)
- Bicep - 11.5 Inches (Down by 0.25 Inches from last measurement)
- Waist - 34.25 Inches (Down by 0.25 Inches from last measurement)
- Hips - 41.25 Inches (Down by 0.25 Inches from last measurement)
- Thigh - 21.75 Inches (Down by 0.25 Inches from last measurement)
Well, Hoorah! It seems that I'm still losing weight even though I've cut down on the number of Kinetic workouts, and added in yoga instead. That is exactly what I was hoping for.
