I uploaded some photos to my Flickr account, and hit my free account's photo-stream limit of two hundred. So I decided to delete some of the shots that I didn't like anymore rather than pay to upgrade to a pro account. It's not that expensive to get a pro account so I probably will eventually, but right now any fees that I can avoid are being avoided.
Then I realised that quite a lot of the recent pictures were shots I'd posted on Alien Spouse, and it dawned on me that what I should do is set up a separate Alien Spouse Flickr account.
So I did. It is here.
Then I can post the good daily photos to that, take down the photo thumbnails from the right hand column of Alien Spouse and install a Flickr widget there instead. That way I can configure the columns in the way I want and still have some images up too.
I have no idea why this didn't occur to me before.
