My overall mark for Week Two is an A, again that's made up of two As and a B.
I did try out all of the games I hadn't played before, which has already proved to have been a good move and helped me maintain a good score. Unfortunately I somehow missed practising one new game, "Side Winder", which naturally was next to turn up in the rotation and turned out to be a kick-boxing game, where you have to punch or kick orbs away from a central target that you are defending. I'm not great at the kick-boxing based games, so I dropped a few points there.
The Doc's wise words about computer games always using patterns has helped a lot. In particular I am much better at "Ricochet", which involves hitting blue targets whilst ducking and twisting to avoid red orbs which are bouncing around the screen. Avoiding one of the orbs is fairly simple if you concentrate but two or three is much harder. Now that I've worked out the pattern that the two orbs stick to that bit is a lot less frustrating, but three orbs is still very confusing.
This week I was intending to add in toning exercises, but I didn't which is a bit pathetic. It was honestly because I really don't feel that doing sit ups when I have PMT is going to be helpful. I have to add toning in next week. As well as my adding in the toning routines, next week the number of games I'm given to complete each day will increase, so this will definitely start to get more challenging.
Overall I'm still really enjoying this programme of exercise, this week I've broken my previous high scores on a couple of games which is very satisfying.
