Today was a beautiful day, so we actually went for two walks.
Mum and I did our morning three mile circuit, then we went shopping in Norwich for two hours ( I reckon that's at least another couple of miles).
Then all three of us went to the coast for another walk, which was probably just over two miles altogether.
I am quite tired now.
If you look very closely at this picture you will see a black dot between the second and third wave. It's almost on top of that second wave, right in the middle.
That's a seal poking his nose out of the sea.
There were a couple of them today, and they were swimming in close enough for them to look at all the people on the beach, but didn't care to have their photos taken, thank you very much (actually my Mum's like that too).
